Our services and supports are designed to assist the participants to reside successfully in their own homes. We teach you how to care for someone in our stead. You’re never alone but a part of a team; We are always a phone call away.
We welcome you to become a part of that team today. Full and Part-time positions license are available as a Personal Care Assistant/Life-Coach. These are very flexible positions and are in the double-digit pay scale. For many, the position grows into a full career with a great salary and benefits. ABOUT YOU: We will look to you to promote our core values of compassion, honesty, integrity, and fun!
Responsibilities:
Provide quality, in-home assistance as described on the implementation plan
Promote participants' independence
Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry
Assist with Medications as directed and consistent with your training
Participate in community integration and involvement (Yeah!! You get to get out!)
Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age;
High School Diploma / GED or 2 years of relevant experience;
Have a driver's License and proof of insurance;
Be current in CPR / First Aid certification or willing to take the class;
Free of Communicable diseases;
The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check;
Work with integrity in all interactions.
The clinical supervision ability combined with the steady paycheck and very flexible hours is a great option as you wined your way through school or simply have a busy schedule.

AAROW of Idaho, pllc provides the needed supports to assist one to reside in their own home. Personal care and hygiene, medications and feeding and all other normal daily activities! We partner with all of your health professionals to integrate the very best care right into normal, daily routines.
