Responsibilities

Provide quality, in-home assistance as described
on the implementation plan
Promote participants' independence
Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry
Assist with Medications as directed and consistent with your training
Participate in community integration and involvement (Yeah!! You get to get out!)
  Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma / GED or 2 years of
  relevant experience
Have a driver's License and proof of insurance
Be current in CPR / First Aid certification
  or willing to take the class
Free of Communicable diseases
  The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Work with integrity in all interactions
